We use either Royal Mail or Evri, both tracked and the cost is £4.95
We attempt to get your order out to you within 48 hours of you ordering on our site.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to love your East Holly West purchase but also understand that you might want to return an item for whatever reason. That's absoutely fine. What we ask is that you email us within 48 hours of receiving your item(s) and send back the item in it's orginial packaging within 14 days for a full refund.
We don't cover returns posting and packaging costs.
