Who are you?East Holly West is a South London based business that started in Spring 2024. Set up by Clare, an ex-TV producer who wanted to share her passion for South East Asia products with everyone. Clare collects things she loves and wanted to bring these unique products to the UK market. The collection aims to expand as the business grows.

Where are your products made?The ceramic range come directly from Ho Chi Min City in Vietnam.

Who are Tuhu Ceramics?One of Tuhu's mission is to improve the quality of life for all workers and artists in the ceramic industry in order to equip them for a better future. They carefully choose our materials, manufacturing practices, and energy usage to minimize our environmental impact. Founded in year 2017, Tu Hu began the journey with their first collection, namely “The color is blue”. The collection represented their love for the time-honored household ceramics line of the old Song Be province in the South of Vietnam. Beyond that love, they have been dedicating our passion for passing on a contemporary spirit on the conventional base to their traditional products. They proudly bring a genuine piece of Vietnam’s history closer to, and adapt the infusion of the old, of the news to our modern life. Dreaming of becoming one of the leading handcrafted household ceramics brands along with our love for traditional pottery, they are committed to continue preserving and contributing to this artisan business. They see ceramics as our lifestyle and career encouraging our enthusiasm for nurturing their beautiful unique Vietnamese’ culture and tradition.

How do I look after my products?Our ceramics are handcrafted in a durable, high-quality stone clay body and glazed with certified food safe. Every piece is microwave, and dishwasher safe; however, hand-washing will always prolong the life cycle of your pottery. Dirt and stains on unglazed surfaces can be removed with a scrub brush and a bit of baking soda. Do not expose the wares to sudden, dramatic shifts in temperature (e.g. place into a hot oven from the freezer) or place over an open flame.

Do you ship worldwide?At this present time, sadly not. We're trying to keep costs down and at the moment, it's just too expensive and we'd have to pass that cost onto you. Sorry.

How much is delivery?Delivery is free for orders over £50. For all other orders, we ship via Royal Mail or Evri and it costs £3.95 UK non-mainland deliveries are subject to a surcharge. We can arrange faster delivery at an additional cost - please get in touch should you require this

How long will delivery take?We attempt to dispatch all orders within 48 hours.

What is our return policy?We want you to love your products as much as we do, but if you aren't happy you can of course return your product for a full refund. No questions asked! We ask that you let us know within 24 hours of recieving your order via email info@easthollywest.co.uk Please then return your items within 14 days. In the orginal packaging and (goes without saying!) unused. Returns are made at customers own expense. We will then refund you fully (minus shipping costs).

What do I do if I recieve a damaged order?We take great care in packaging our ceramics as safely as possible. In the rare and unfortunate event where an items arrives to you damaged, please contact us at info@easthollywest.co.uk within 48 hours of receipt of the goods for an immediate replacement (if in stock) or refund. Please just send your order number, exact items/quantities and photos of the item(s) damaged. We can't process claims without photos clearly showing the damage. Upon your claim being approved, we will ship to you the replacement for the damaged item(s) if the item(s) is in stock/available and if not, a refund will be issued. *Please do not send us back broken items.

What do I do if my order is incomplete or incorrect?Don't panic! We'll get it sorted ASAP - just drop us a line at info@easthollywest.co.uk with the details of what is wrong and we'll get back in touch within 48 hours.
